From September 27-28th, the Southern Ground Music & Food Festival is returning to Nashville for two days of live music and gourmet food. Headlined by the Zac Brown Band and featuring food from premier chefs, this year’s festival will overwhelm your senses for two straight days. And since the festival is being held in Nashville, you know you’re going to have a blast jamming out with local fans. Who is Playing?
Although the Zac Brown Band is playing both Friday and Saturday, each day features performances by different artists. On Friday, Kenny Chesney will make a special guest appearance to jam with the Zac Brown Band. Jason Mraz, Eli Young Band, Grace Potter and the Nocturnals are all slated to take the stage for special sit in performances. On Saturday, Jon Fogerty, Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, and Willie Nelson & Family will take the stage.

What is There to Eat?
There will be various vendors serving dishes from some amazing chefs both Friday and Saturday. Most notably, Zac Brown’s Coookie mobile kitchen will be serving jambalaya created by Chef Rusty Hamlin. Also serving food will be The Grilled Cheeserie, Bangin’ Pies, Hoss’ Loaded Burgers, and many more. There will be beer pairing for celebrity-chef created dishes.

Where is the Festival and How Much are Tickets?
The festival takes place at The Lawn at Riverfront Park in Downtown Nashville. Tickets start at $79 for single day early bird tickets. Pit tickets and VIP tickets are available, as well as tickets for front porch stage boxes.
